We send all our Australia orders via Sendle or Australia Post. We do our best to get your order to you as soon as possible, usually packed within 1-3 days.

Returns

Thank you so much for your purchase. If for some reason you require a return, exchange, or refund, please email us within 7 days and we will assist you in your return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging and not damaged. Buyer to pay the return costs for postage.

Damaged goods

Unfortunately we are posting a Fragile product and from time to time the glass may break. We sincerely apologise if this happens to you. We take great care in packing our products; however this is out of our control when the parcel is in transit. If your candle is broken upon delivery, please email us a photo of the damaged product along with your invoice number and we will happily post another one out to you at our cost.
